MATH CLUB IS A PARENT COORDINATED & COACHED CLUB…WE NEED YOU TO
VOLUNTEER TO COACH OR WE CAN NOT RUN MATH CLUB!
The first club begins on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021 at 7pm and meets
Every Wednesday night 7-8 p.m.
Zoom or In Person TBD
All parents must supervise their children on the Zoom meet

Register by completing the form on Community Pass once it opens.
Fees will be payable only online using communitypass.
All Grade 3 Woodbrook students $68
All Grade 4 & 5 Woodbrook students $63
We are having some trouble with Community Pass. Don't worry, you will not be closed out.
We are waiting for the district to fix the issue (send out the logins & passwords).
Instructions for the first night and all nights:
Only students, coordinators and coaches should join the Zoom call or attend the club in the cafe at 7 p.m. each Wednesday night.
Math Club Books will be available for pick up at Woodbrook before the first math club.
All math club students should simply report to their assigned Zoom meets or to their group in the cafe.
All students should have a notebook and use a DARK pen or pencil.
If on line, HINT and FUN...Students should try to MAKE their own document camera with
inexpensive materials such as a strong headband and a compact mirror,
that is truly ideal for math club and classwork!
You will receive an email from your coordinator and/or coach with your child's coach assignment.
Coaches & coordinators will be assigned as soon as the survey is complete.

YOU MUST PAY FOR PTO CLUBS ON MOBILE ARC
To register for the website and PTO membership, please complete the following steps:
1. Go to link: https://mobilearq.com/schooldirectory/
2. At the first screen - Enter your email and use password “woodbrook”,
Click on “Parent Sign-up”
3. At the next screen – Enter your email, first name, last name and Use CODE “woodbrook” as part of your Sign-up for the last box (after email, first name and last name).
4. As part of this new website, your PTO membership allows you access to a school directory of parent contact information. If you do not want your contact information as part of the school directory on the PTO website, you can opt-out of this feature by unclicking the first permission box. PLEASE NOTE THE PTO DIRECTORY IS ONLY MEANT TO BE USED FOR PERSONAL CONTACT PURPOSES. NO MARKETING OR PROMOTIONS ALLOWED.
5. Click “SIGN UP”
6. Complete your profile information and add all your children at Woodbrook.
7. Pay $20 electronically for your annual PTO membership. This membership is for the whole family and is for the school year and helps pay for all of the important things our PTO does to support the children and the school.
8. You will receive an email with your log-in information and request to change your password. Once this is complete, you will have access to the full website.
9. For clubs, go to the Online Store and look for CLUBS.

AM clubs will be cancelled in the event of a delayed opening.

PM clubs will be cancelled in the event of an early dismissal/school closing.

There must be a minimum of 10 students per club in order for the club to run.
-
Parents are responsible for picking up their children by the front doors at 4:45pm (unless otherwise noted on schedule ). If a student is picked up late more than two times, the student will be removed from the club and no refund will be provided.

Students may not walk home without an adult from clubs without written parental permission.

There will be a limit of 15 children per Yoga club.
-
There will be a limit of 12 children per Sewing club.
