When to Pre-Register for the 2025-2026 Preschool Lottery:

Pre-Registration Opens: April 1, 2025
Pre-Registration Closes: April 24, 2025

How to Pre-Register for the 2025-2026 Preschool Lottery:

Online entry will occur through Pre-Registration in Gateway via the following link: https://edison-cas.hosted.src-solutions.com/cas_EdisonTownshipNJ/login, and includes submission and completion of ALL required documentation as listed on the District’s Enrollment Department website.

Who is Eligible to Participate in the 2025-2026 Preschool Lottery:

Child(ren)* whose birthdate(s) fall on/within the dates of 10/2/2020 through 10/1/2022
*Child(ren) must reside in Edison Township at the time of Pre-Registration

Required Documents and Forms for the 2025-2026 Preschool Lottery Pre-Registration:

1. One (1) proof of child’s Date of Birth (DOB) (acceptable proofs of DOB sources can be found on the District’s Enrollment Department website)

2. Updated (within one year) Immunization Record  

3. Four (4) proofs of Edison residency (acceptable proofs of Edison residency sources can be found on the District’s Enrollment Department website)

4. Parent/Guardian Photo Identification

5. Form 16D: Health History: To be completed by Parent/Guardian only

6. Form 16: Health Care Provider Examination Form: To be completed by Parent/Guardian AND Doctor

7. Universal Child Health Record: To be completed by Parent/Guardian AND Doctor

8. Provision of answers to ALL other required questions and forms in Gateway (e.g., Home Language Survey, SEMI Form)

9. For a child’s income-eligibility status to be considered for lottery tiering (see lottery procedures), Free/Reduced Lunch Application via the following website: https://www.myschoolapps.com/Home/PickDistrict
